Our Parent Football teams 2020
The dads football team is up and running this Year with 10 dads so far joining the team. The dads have really enjoyed the fresh air, cardio vascular work outs, stretching and playing football. This initiative is fantastic as it allows dads to get "Fit and Healthy", as well as setting a great example for their own children. The children in the nursery love cheering on their dads as they play the beautiful game. If you are interested in joining please do come and see (Satnam) in the playground at the beginning or end of the school day. All dads are welcome on Tuesday afternoons at 1.45 -3.00
This New Year we have teamed up with Ambassadors in Sport to get the Mum's football up and running. Bronwen King who is an intern for Ambassadors has kindly given her time to John Scurr school to support our very enthusiastic mums. This is a great opportunity to get fit and healthy as well as meeting new mums and building positive relationships with each other. We want the children of John Scurr to succeed in all areas of their life and education; keeping fit and healthy is one of them. The mums whom have joined so far are setting a great example and standard to their children. If you are interested in joining please do come and see (Satnam) in the playground at the beginning or end of the school day.
All mums are welcome on Monday mornings from
9am - 10-30am.
